ENROLLING AT EVANS HEAD WOODBURN PRE-SCHOOL
THE ENROLMENT PROCESS…
Step 1 – Visit our centre or phone to discuss the enrolment process. Below is a link to our waitlist;

Step 2 – Once you have completed the digital enrolment form you will need to pay a $15 membership fee.
- You will be then placed on a waiting list until a place is available.
- Enrolments for the following year will be placed on a waiting list and notified at the end of term 3.
- Children returning will have a right of return to their current session.
- Please note the documentation listed below and on the enrolment form link, that will be required before your child can attend on of our centre’s.
Step 3 – If a vacancy is available for your child, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for you to tour our centre, ask questions, supply required documentation and receive your Enrolment Package.
Documentation Required:
- Immunisation History Statement or an Immunisation Medical Exemption Form signed by a Medical Provider
- Original Birth Certificate (or copy certified by a JP)
- Health Care / Pension Card if applicable
- Fee Relief Declaration- Start Strong, NSW Government
- Consent Form
- Application for Membership of Association
- Any Health Care Plan or medical reports if applicable
- Any Court orders / Parenting Plans if applicable
